When to go to Australia
Australia offers a great all round climate, which makes it suitable to visit any time of the year. Summer (December to February) can get very hot, but it's perfect for the beach. Up north can be very humid and the sea is decorated with jellyfish. Winter (June to August) provides skiing in New South Whales, Victoria and often Tasmania. In spring and autumn the weather is mild and is usually the safest option for comfortable travel.
