The Patients Guide

The 1st Contact Travel Clinic opened in July 2000 and provides up to date travel health advice and vaccinations for travellers. The clinic also offers influenza vaccine and a variety of travel health accessories. The clinic is open six days a week and walk in clients are welcome, although appointments are recommended especially during busy periods.

Comments And Complaints
We welcome all feedback with regard to the quality of our service provision. Please document the nature of your comments in writing and address this to The Manager, 1st Contact Travel Clinic, Castlewood House, 77/91 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1DG. We will acknowledge your correspondence with 48 hours of receipt and guarantee a formal response within five days. A copy of the complaints policy is available on request.
Should you feel that any complaint you may raise has not been resolved sufficiently to your satisfaction you may wish to contact the Health Commission directly with your concerns.
